Healthy & Flavorful Veggie Dish

My Favorite Sauteed Veggie Dish..Eat Clean & Your Body & Appearance Will Thank You!!

Ingredients:

1 Squash

1 Zuchinni

1 Medium Red & Green Pepper

1 Medium Sweet Onion

1 lb Sliced Bella Mushrooms

4 Baby Carrots

2 tbs Grapeseed Oil

Mrs. Dash (original), Celtic Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cayanne Pepper (use as much or as little as you'd like)


Instructions:

Slice all vegatables and onion to your desired thickness. Pour grapeseed oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Place sliced baby carrots in skillet first, then squash, zuchinni, peppers, mushrooms, and onion. Toss veggies in grapeseed oil and seasoning for 10 mins until vegetables are cooked throughout. *Vegetables (except onion & mushroom) should still remain a crisp texture.*

Makes 4-6 servings
